  4.  Research neighborhoods, ensure you know where you want to live, as that’s one of the most important points in buying a Home. You can change and upgrade a home, but you can’t move it once it’s purchased.

  2. Neaten up! Time to make your home look as neat, clean and clutter free as possible.
